    Aloo Kofta Curry Recipe - Potato & Paneer Kofta Curry Recipe with step wise pictures.

    This is a delicious all kofta curry made easily. It take just few mins to put together and taste fantastic. You can serve it with roti, naan or pulao too.

    Ingredients

    For KOFTA:

    • Potato - 1 peeled and grated
    • Paneer - 1 cup crumbled
    • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander Leaves -¼ cup
    • Cornflour - ¼ cup

    FOR SAUCE:

    • Oil - 1 tblsp
    • Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1 tsp
    • Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp
    • Tomato Puree - from 4 tomatoes
    • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Kasuri Methi Leaves Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tblsp
    • Cream - ½ cup

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients for kofta and shape into small balls.
    • Deep fry till golden brown. Set aside.
    • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and fennel seeds and let them sizzle.
    • Add in tomato puree, spice and salt , sugar. Cook till oil separates.
    • Add water and mix well.
    • Bring it to a boil.
    • Add kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
    • Add in cream and mix well.
    • Add in kofta and Simmer for 1 min.
    • Serve.

    6)Shape it into balls

    7)Drop in hot oil

    8)Fry till golden brown

    9)Drain them

    10)Heat oil in a pan

    11)Add cumin seeds

    12)Add ginger garlic paste

    13)Add in tomato puree

    14)Mix well. Add in spice powders

    15)Mix well

    16)Add in sugar

    17)Add in salt

    18)Mix well

    19)Add water

    20)Mix well

    21)Add in kasuri methi leaves

    22)Mix well

    23)Add cream

    24)Mix well

    25)Add kofta

    26)Mix well

    27)Serve
