I would like to try this as Indian food is so delicious.

My question is about cooking time. What does whistle mean?

In Canada we measure time by seconds, minutes and hours.

Since i used pressure cooker we cooked it as per whistle. You can cook a total of 15 to 20 mins til the peas are done.
