    Black Pepper Fish Fry Recipe

Black pepper is indigenous to India's Malabar Coast, where it is widely cultivated, as well as in other tropical regions. pepper is a flowering vine in the Piperaceae family that is grown for its fruit, known as a peppercorn, which is typically dried and used as a spice and seasoning.

The fruit is a dark red drupe about 5 mm (0.20 in) in diameter, with a stone enclosing a single pepper seed. Peppercorns and the ground pepper derived from them are commonly referred to as pepper or, more precisely, black pepper.

    About Black Pepper Fish Fry

I love the combo of black pepper and curry leaves. I wanted to try this combo and create a marination for fish. Finally i tried it few days back and it turned out perfect. This  is so easy to make, you just few ingredient to put together and finally you get a plate of tasty fried fish. The main flavouring for this is black pepper, So don't skip to add those.

Ingredients for Black Pepper Fish Fry

    Black Pepper :

Peppers distinct flavour compliment almost any savoury dish, as well as some sweet dishes. If salt helps to bring out flavours, black pepper makes foods more assertive.

    Red Chilli Powder:

Chili powder ranges from mild to moderately spicy, depending on the amount of cayenne pepper in the mixture. The aromatic and savoury spices in the blend create the Tex-Mex flavour profile.

    Lemon Juice :

Lemon juice is a common cooking and baking ingredient. It imparts a bright, citrusy flavour to both savoury and sweet dishes. With a low pH, it is one of the most acidic natural ingredients available, providing structure to jams and jellies and aiding in the proper rise of baked goods.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
