Ingredients
- Bread Slices as needed
- Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
- Mint Leaves - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1/4 cup grated
- Green Chilli - 3
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
- Cheese as needed grated
- Butter as needed
Instructions
- Take all ingredients except bread, cheese and butter in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Take bread slices, spread chutney on both sides.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover with other slice.
- Toast till golden on both sides.
- Serve.
Pictorial:
1)Take coriander leaves & mint leaves in a blender
2)Add in green chillies
3)Add coconut
4)Add in ginger paste
5)Add in salt and sugar
6)Add in lemon juice. Puree till smooth.
7)Take bread slices
8)Apply chutney on both sides
9)Spread evenly
10)Top with shredded cheese
11)Sprinkle with some chat masala or sandwich masala
12)Cover it
13)Toast on both sides with a little butter.
14)Flip over and cook till golden brown
15)Cut in diagnols
16)Serve.
