    This has become my all time favourite sandwiches in the world. I know i have told this all the time when i share new sandwich recipe. It is my nature and taste, i have a weakness for sandwiches..

    Ingredients for Triple Veg Grilled Sandwich

    • Bread Slices - 3
    • Sandwich Green Chutney as needed (RECIPE HERE)
    • Sandwich Masala Powder as needed (RECIPE HERE)
    • Cucumber Slices as needed
    • Tomato Slices as needed
    • Onion Slices as needed
    • Boiled Sliced Potatoes as needed
    • Capsicum Sliced as needed
    • Butter as needed

    Specially when they are grilled till crispy, they taste so yum and so filling. More often i love to have sandwiches for lunch. These are the sandwich which i love to have during that time..It has lots of veggies in them and they all taste so yummy with a spread of green chutney and a sprinkling of sandwich masala..

    These sandwiches are great for lunch box too, you can skip any veggies that you dont like and add a sprinkling of cheese as well to make cheesy vegetable sandwich..

    How to Make Triple Veg Grilled Sandwich

    1. Take three bread slices, spread some butter on the slices.
    2. Spread some chutney over the buttered side of the bread.
    3. Arrange cucumber slices and sprinkle sandwich masala over them.
    4. Arrange some boiled potatoes and sprinkle with some sandwich masala. Now top with some onion slices and sprinkle sandwich masala over them.
    5. Cover with other slice of bread butter and green chutney side down.
    6. Now arrange capsicum and tomato slices, sprinkle with sandwich masala.
    7. Cover with other slice of bread butter and green chutney side down.
    8. Spread some butter on top of it.
    9. Place it over a heated grill butter side down and spread some more butter on other side. Cover and grill till golden.
    10. Remove to a plate and spread some butter on top side and sprinkle with sandwich masala.
    11. Cut into wedges and serve.

    First to make one sandwich, you need 
    three slices of white bread

    butter it generously

    now spread green chutney over it

    on the first slice, arrange slices of cucumber
