    Chutney Sandwich Recipe

    Chutney Sandwich Recipe - Bombay Green Chutney Sandwich Recipe with Step wise pictures.

    Delicious easy sandwich made using green chutney. This sandwich is so refreshing and taste good. Perfect to put in your kids lunch box.

    This is a super easy sandwich to make. You only need some soft bread, some butter and some delicious green chutney. This recipe is great for parties and picnic. Or makes a great dish to have with your evening tea.

    Ingredients
      

    • Bread Slices as needed
    • Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
    • Mint Leaves - 1 cup
    • Coconut - ¼ cup grated
    • Green Chilli - 3
    • Ginger - 1 tsp
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
    • Butter as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Take all ingredients except bread and butter in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Take bread slices, spread butter on top. Spread chutney.
    • Cover with other slice, cut into pieces.
    • Serve.

    How to make chutney for sandwich

    1)Take coriander leaves & mint leaves in a blender

    2)Add in green chillies

    Pin

    3)Add coconut

    Pin

    4)Add in ginger paste

    Pin

    5)Add in salt and sugar

    6)Add in lemon juice. Puree till smooth.

    7)Take bread slices

    8)Spread butter over bread

    9)Spread chutney on top

    10)Spread evenly

    11)Cover with other bread

    12)Remove the crust

    13)Cut into pieces

    • Butter as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Take all ingredients except bread, cheese and butter in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Take bread slices, spread chutney on both sides.
    • Top with cheese.
    • Cover with other slice.
    • Toast till golden on both sides.
    • Serve.
