    About Brinjal Tawa Roast Recipe

Brinjal is high in fibre and low in calories, making it an essential component of any healthy diet. Because of its high fibre content, brinjal moves slowly through the digestive tract and can help you feel more satisfied. As a result, you can substitute your favourite baingan for high-calorie ingredients in a variety of dishes.

Tawas are typically made of cast iron or aluminium. In Asian cooking, Tavas are used similarly to Woks, as they are moved around the pan to stir-fry vegetables. They are also used to make a variety of flatbreads, such as chapati and paratha, as well as dosa and cheela.

Ingredients for Brinjal Tawa Roast Recipe

    Brinjal :

While the taste and texture of the various varieties vary slightly, it usually has a mild bitter taste. Slice the brinjal, sprinkle salt evenly over it, and mix well to reduce the bitterness (if necessary- it is usually not necessary).

    Onion:

Onions are considered a basic ingredient or the foundation of Indian cooking and are used to make any gravy, curry, or bhuna dish. The flavour and aroma of onion transforms any ordinary dish into a mouthwatering and delectable one.
