    Ingredients

    • Eggs - 3
    • Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
    • Onion - 1 sliced thinly
    • Curry leaves a sprig
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Coriander leaves - ¼ cup chopped finely
    • Oil for making omeltte

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    • Heat oil in a pan.Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
    • Serve hot.

    2)Add in cooked shredded chicken

    3)Add eggs

    4)Add salt

    5)Add black pepper

    6)Add in chopped parsley

    7)Mix well

    8)Heat oil in a frying pan

    9)Pour the mix in

    10)Cook till bottom sets

    11)Flip over

    12)Serve
