- Eggs - 3
- Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
- Onion - 1 sliced thinly
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped finely
- Oil for making omeltte
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
- Serve hot.
1)Take onions and curry leaves in a bowl
2)Add in cooked shredded chicken
5)Add black pepper
6)Add in chopped parsley
8)Heat oil in a frying pan
