    Cream of Mushroom Soup

We have recently decided to have soups daily, Since it is very healthy for our body and helps in reducing weight. This is a good news for you, you can see lots more soup recipe in this blog soon. So far i made sweet corn soup, veg milk soup, spinach soup and few more soups. This is the soup which i made yesterday and hubby totally loved it and gulped the whole jug, so i decided it is time to share it immediately.

This soup is light, fresh and low in fat. I used a tiny amount of butter for making this, you can totally use oil. And instead of maida you can use wheat flour too. The original recipe calls for cream but i skipped that and used milk. It tasted amazing..I will soon share the spinach soup too. For more soup recipes from this blog, check this link.

If I use fresh cream, will the measurement for water and milk change, if so how much would recommend? I would prefer a thicker consistency than one in the picture..
