    Rajma Paratha

Stuffed parathas are so versatile, because you don't have to worry about making side dishes for it. And also you can make the stuffing ahead of time and make the paratha whenever you need. I love to have stuffed paratha with either pickles or raita.

This paratha is a spicy rajma stuffed one. I make rajma curry often, but this is the first time i tried stuffing that inside paratha and it was divine. So try it out and let me know how it turned out for you.
