I can never have enough of muffins or cupcakes recipe. Each time I try different recipe and each time I keep on loving this. This is a fluffy and soft cupcake recipe.This fruit cupcake is delicious and so moist. Fragrant and aromatic muffin recipes.

How to Make Eggless Fruit Cake Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Prepare a muffin pan by lining it with cupcake wrappers and set aside.
- Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and cream well.
- Add in yogurt and orange juice and mix well.
- Add in soaked dried fruits and mix well.
- Sprinkle in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder and fold gently.
- Use a ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the moulds.
- Bake it for 20 to 25 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done or not.
- Now remove it and cool completely.
- Serve.

Eggless Fruit Cake Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter - ¼ cup 50 grams
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup 100 grams
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Orange Juice - 2 tblspn
- Yogurt / Curd - 2 tblspn
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup 120 grams
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
- Baking Powder - ½ tsp
- Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
- Dried Fruits - ¾ cup soaked
