Love making cookies, i am sure you know that by seeing this..But what i love most is, doing cookies without eggs. Because my lil sister love it when there is not eggs in them. So most of the cookies which i made would be eggless. Ofcourse some cookies has eggs in them, COOKIES FOR EVERYONE…

This cookies has everything going in them, coconut, nuts and dates. Best to put a couple in your kids lunchbox, plus they taste great. The dates when they bake get almost candy like. So your kids will love it for sure..

I hope you will try this out and let me know how it turned for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes : 15 cookies
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3/4 cup
Whole Wheat flour / Atta – 3/4 cup
Desiccated Coconut – 3/4 cup
Mixed Nuts – 3/4 cup Chopped Finely(I used cashews, almonds, pista )
Dates – 3/4 cup chopped finely
Sugar –  3/4 cup powdered
Oil – 1/2 cup ( I used Refined Oil )
Milk – 1/4 cup (adjust)
Baking soda – 1 tsp

Method:
Take all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking soda, coconut, nuts and dates in a bowl  and mix well. Set aside.
Now in a separate bowl, take oil, sugar and mix well. Once it is all combined add the flour mix in.
Add some milk if the mixture is too dry and make a dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C.
Take small portion out of it and shape into ball. Arrange the balls in a well oiled tray and press it with your finger to flatten it slightly.
Bake it for 15 to 20 mins till it turns golden. Remove and let it cool down.
Serve with a glass of milk.
