I am loving watermelon these days. They are packed with water content and cool watermelons are making my pregnant tummy so cool. This is one salad which i made and i am in love with it.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Watermelon – 3 cups cubed
For Syrup:
Sugar – 2 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 1 tblspn
Water – 2 tblspn
Mint Leaves few sprigs
Method:
Take sugar, lemon juice and water in a sauce pan and heat till sugar is melted. Add mint leaves and let it sit for 10 mins till it cools.
Take watermelon in a bowl, pour the syrup over it and serve.

take it in a bowl |
for syrup, take sugar |
add lemon juice |
add water |
mix well |
heat till sugar melts |
add mint leaves and set aside to cool |
now take your watermelon |
pour the cooled syrup over it |
toss well |
