    Instant Kara Chutney Recipe - No Cook Kara Chutney Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Instant Kara Chutney Recipe. Spicy garlicky kara chutney which needs no cooking involved. Super easy but it is addictive.

    My perimma gave me this recipe and it is so delicious and spicy. You can make this in a jiffy, you just need a handful of spice powders and lots of garlic. This taste so delicious with dosa or idli.

    When i shared this on my instagram, i got many request to share this recipe. So here i am with the recipe.

    Ingredients

    • Garlic - 10 fat cloves crushed
    • Chilli Powder - 2 tblsp
    • Coriander Powder - 4 to 5 tblsp
    • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Gingelly Oil - ¼ cup

    Instructions

    • Take all ingredients in a bowl, except oil.
    • Heat oil till smoking, pour it over the spices and mix well.
    • Serve with idli or dosa.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take some garlic cloves.

    2)Crush it lightly.

    3)Crush it and set aside

    4)Take it in a bowl.

    5)Add in chilli powder and coriander powder

    6)Add in cumin powder

    7)Add in turmeric powder

    8)Add in salt

    9)Mix well

    10)Now heat some gingelly oil in a pan.

    11)Heat till it smokes

    12)Pour the hot oil over the spices

    13)Pour it in

    14)Mix well

    15)Serve.
