    "Kachumber or Indian Salad with step by step pictures. Delicious and healthy salad which taste amazing with roti or rice. Healthy salad which can be served with anything you like."

    Kachumber is a simple indian salad made using healthy vegetables. Vegetables are tossed in lemon juice and seasonings. These salad can be served cold immediately with some rice or rotis. You can serve it roti, curries and yogurt.

    • Onions
    • Tomatoes
    • Cucumbers
    • Green Chillies
    • Coriander leaves
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Lemons

    Kachumber Salad

    Simple kachumber salad which has a mixture of chopped vegetables tossed with some lemon juice and seasoning. Kachumber taste amazing with pulao or roti.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 large Cucumber chopped
    • 1 large Tomato chopped
    • 1 large Onion chopped finely
    • 1 Green chilli chopped finely
    • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped finely
    • Salt to taste
    • Black Pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and serve immediately.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take a mixing bowl.

    2)Add in cucumber and tomatoes

    3)Add in finely chopped onions

    4)Add in finely chopped green chillies.

    5)Add in finely chopped coriander leaves.

    6)Season with salt.

    7)Add in some black pepper powder

    8)Add in lemon juice

    9)Toss well.

    11)Serve
