    Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe

    Cream cheese muffins which turn out to be super fluffy, light and moist. These muffins taste absolutely fantastic and is very light.

    The muffin has a sweet and slightly tart taste to it. You just need a handful of ingredients to make this muffins and one of that is cream cheese. You can add any fruits in this infact add a handful of blueberries and make blueberry cream cheese muffins.

    HOW TO MAKE CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS RECIPE

    Things you need to make the muffins.

    • Flour
    • Sugar
    • Eggs
    • Butter
    • Milk
    • Flavourings
    • Cream cheese

    Method for Making Muffins

    • Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake cases.
    • Take flour, baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
    • Take butter, cream cheese, vanilla, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
    • Use a electric beater to whip for 1 to 2 mins.
    • Add in egg and mix again till fluffy.
    • Now add in flour mixture and milk and beat for few seconds.
    • Now use a spatula to scrape the bowl.
    • Use a icecream scoop to fill the muffin pans with batter. Fill the batter right to the top.
    • Now sprinkle some sugar on top.
    • Bake this for 20 mins till golden.
    • Remove and serve warm.

    VARIATIONS YOU CAN MAKE

    1. Use any fruits like raspberry, blueberries, blackberries, apples, pears or chopped bananas.
    2. Use chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews.
    3. Add dried fig, dates, apricots, cranberries.

    TIPS & TRICKS FOR PERFECT MUFFINS RECIPE

    1. Use butter and cream cheese at room temperature for better results.
    2. Fill the muffin cases right to the top for perfect muffin top.
    3. Baking at higher temperature are helps in rising.
    4. I used normal sugar for sprinkling on top. You can use demerrara sugar or granulated sugar as well.
    5. You can reduce the sugar amount to ½ cup if you want it less sweet.
    6. Addition of lemon zest and orange zest can be added for more flavour.

    Fluffy cream cheese muffins recipe which turns out super moist and fluffy. These muffins makes a great breakfast or brunch with a cup of tea or coffee.

    Ingredients

    • 1½ cup All Purpose Flour (180 grams)
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • ¾ cup Sugar + 2 tbsp (150 grams)
    • ½ cup Soft Unsalted Butter (110 grams)
    • 100 grams Cream Cheese
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 Egg
    • ½ cup Milk (120 ml)

    1)Take all your ingredients

    3)Add in baking powder

    4)Mix well and set aside.

    5)Take butter in a bowl

    6)Add in cream cheese

    7)Add in sugar. I used caster sugar

    8)Add in a pinch of salt.

    9)Add in vanilla extract

    10)Cream it together till light and fluffy

    11)Add in egg

    12)Cream together again.

    13)Add in flour

    14)Add milk

    15)Mix well

    15)Take your cupcake liners.

    16)Line muffin pans with liners

    17)Scoop batter into the cases

    18)Pat it gently on the counter few times to evenly distribute the batter.

    19)Sprinkle top with sugar. This step is optional.

    20)Bake

    21)Now it is cooked.

    22)Cool it for few minutes and serve.
