Nilavembu Kudineer Powder – 4 tblspn
Jaggery or Honey to taste
Method:
Take water and the powder in a sauce pan and boil it untill it is reduced by half.
Now take it off the heat and cover with a lid and let it sit for 5 mins or so.
Now strain them and add jaggery to it.
Serve.
Measure 500 ml of water |

now boil this till the mix is reduced by half |
Cover it and let it sit 5 mins covered |
now it is done |
strain it |
squeeze it to remove as much liquid as possible |
add some palm sugar and mix well |
