Water – 500 ml
Nilavembu Kudineer Powder – 4 tblspn
Jaggery or Honey to taste
Take water and the powder in a sauce pan and boil it untill it is reduced by half.
Now take it off the heat and cover with a lid and let it sit for 5 mins or so.
Now strain them and add jaggery to it.
|Measure 500 ml of water|
|take it in a sauce pan|
|now take the medicinal powder|
|You have to measure 4 tblspn|
|add it in|
|now boil this till the mix is reduced by half|
|Cover it and let it sit 5 mins covered|
|now it is done|
|squeeze it to remove as much liquid as possible|
|add some palm sugar and mix well|
