Greek Style Roast Chicken or Lemon pepper whole roast chicken recipe with step by step pictures. Delicious roast chicken marinated olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper.
Greek Style Roast Chicken
Roasting a whole chicken is one of my long term mission. I wanted to do it so badly. But something put me back in it. And finally last week i got the courage to roast a whole chicken. I asked hubby to get a chicken with skin on, but sadly my butcher took most of the skin out.
Roasting chicken with skins tend to give more juicy chicken. But i was little worried that my chicken had no skin on their breast side, so it will get dried. But to my surprise the chicken turned out so moist and juicy..I love it to the core and everyone at home loved it and the entire chicken got over in 30 mins. I served it with garlic mayo, naan and coleslaw.
