    Sev Puri Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a delicious bite-sized, Indian chaat snack which is bursting with sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.

    This is one delicious and easy chaat recipe which you can rustle up in few minutes. So easy to put together, but taste really spot on.. I loved it to the core..

    Ingredients for Sev Puri

    • Papdi or Puri- 10 to 12 ( I used store bought)
    • Potatoes - 1 peeled, cubed and boiled
    • Green Chutney as needed ( Recipe here)
    • Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed (Recipe here)
    • Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Tomatoes - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
    • Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping (Recipe here)
    • Chat Masala Powder to taste
     
    I used store bought papdi for this, will soon share the recipe of homemade papdi which are even more tasty.  You can use my pani puri puris for this as well..

    How to Make Sev Puri

    1. Take a serving plate, take some papdi and place over it.
    2. Top with boiled potatoes.
    3. Now top with onions, tomatoes, chutneys, chat masala, sev and coriander leaves,
    4. Serve immediately.

    Ingredients

    • 10 to 12 Papdi or Puri I used store bought
    • 1 Potatoes peeled cubed and boiled
    • Green Chutney as needed
    • Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
    • 1 Onion medium size chopped finely
    • 1 Tomatoes medium size chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
    • Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping Recipe here
    • Chat Masala Powder to taste

    Instructions

    • Take a serving plate, take some papdi and place over it.

    Take all your ingredients

     

    Take a serving plate

     

    arrange few papdi or puri

     

    Place some potatoes on top

     

    top with onions

     

    and some tomatoes

     

    now take your green chutney..Recipe here

     

    spoon it over each papdis

     

    Take some Dates & Tamarind chutney..Recipe here

     

    spoon it over it

     

    sprinkle with chat masala powder

     

     

     

    top with sev

     

    and some coriander leaves

     

    Serve immediately

     

    Enjoy
