I used store bought papdi for this, will soon share the recipe of homemade papdi which are even more tasty.  You can use my pani puri puris for this as well.

    About Sev Puri

Sev puri is perfect as an evening snack, party appetizer or weekend chaat treat to enjoy with family and friends. It is one of the most loved Indian chaats along with pani puri, papdi chaat, ragda pattice, bhel chaat, aloo chaat, and dahi puri.

Though sev puri and papdi chaat may look similar because they use the same kind of ingredients. However, sev puri is usually made with crispy puris and does not contain yogurt, while papdi chaat is topped with curd for a rich and creamy taste.

Chaat is my all time favorite, specially pav buns and vada pav made with homemade pav buns are simply irresistable. Also you have to check my onion pav.

    • Make sure potatoes are boiled and cooled completely before assembling.
