Spicy Egg Masala Recipe

Egg are such a versatile ingredients, when you have them on hand, you can whip up any delicious meal in just minutes.This is a Dish that you can make within 10 mins. It has onions, tomatoes and few spice powders in it and the dish turns out so yummy..

This goes extremely well with plain rice,curd rice and many more.This is so easy to prepare and very tasty dish.Please give it a try.



Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2 to 3

Ingredients:
Egg – 5 boiled
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato – 2 chopped finely
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tblspn
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Coriander leaves / spring onion for Garnishing
Saunf / Sombu or Fennel Seeds -1 tblspn
Mustard seeds / Kaduku -1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil-1 tblspn
Method:
In a kadai add oil and crackle some mustard seeds and saunf.
Add in the onion and sauté till translucent
Add in the green chilli followed by some ginger garlic paste.
Add in the spices and let it cook for 2 min.Now put in the tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
Season with salt.Add in the eggs and mix well.
Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot with Rice.

cook till mushy
