    Tandoori Chicken Bites Recipe - Spicy Chicken Bites Recipe with Step wise pictures.

    One of my favorite appetizer ever, i have made this quite few times and it is one of my family favorite. The chicken in this has tons of spicy tangy flavour to it, it is super delicious and stays juicy.

    This is a delicious crunchy chicken which has a coating of breadcrumbs in it. It is super crunchy and stays crunchy for a long time. I have many version of chicken on this blog. You can check out my chicken strips recipe and baked chicken strips recipe.

    Tandoori Chicken Bites Recipe

    Spicy and crispy chicken dish which taste so yummy and is perfect as a appetizer. Crispy tandoori chicken bites turns out so juicy.

    Ingredients

    • Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
    • Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup
    • Chilli powder - 1 tblsp
    • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    • Cumin powder - 2 tsp
    • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
    • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
    • Lemon juice - 1 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Breadcrumbs as needed
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients for marinating except breadcrumbs and oil.
    • Let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
    • Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
    • Drain and serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take yogurt in a bowl

    2)Add in chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.

    3)Add in lemon juice or vinegar

    4)Mix well

    5)Add in cubed boneless chicken

    6)Mix well. Leave this to marinate overnight or up to 2 hours

    8)Take breadcrumbs in a plate

    9)Take the marinated chicken out from the fridge an hour before frying.

    10)Take a piece

    11)Coat in breadcrumbs

    12)Like this

    13)Deep fry in hot oil

    14)Drain when golden

    15)Serve
