Easy Zucchini Fritters Recipe – Healthy Snacks Recipes with step wise pictures.

Healthy zucchini fritters which taste so delicious and turns out yummy. This is great to put in your kids lunch box or snacks box.

Zucchini Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 1 grated
  • Onion - 1 chopped finely
  • Garlic - 2 chopped finely
  • Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 2 tblsp
  • Wheat Flour - 3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tblsp

Instructions

  • Take all your ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, Spoon some fritters in and cook till golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot.

2)Grate it

3)Take it in a bowl.

4)Add in salt and pepper

5)Add in coriander leaves
