Raw Banana fry

Raw Banana Fry
 This is a simple side dish for any gravy...This is easy to make and this is delicious to eat..the taste of this even increases if you fry this in coconut oil..So please try this and let me know what you think..


Ingrediants:

Raw Banana-2 sliced
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Curry leaves-2 springs chopped
Coriander leaves-1 tblspn chopped
Green chilli-2 sliced
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Gram Flour-2 tblspn
Rice flour-1 tblpsn
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai.

Mix every ingrediants given together..marinate for 10 min.

Deep fry this in oil till golden..

Serve with Rice or as a snack..

now add flours...


mix well
Fry in hot oil
