This is a cooling refreshing sidedish during summer…
So without any more delay..Off you go for the recipe…
Spinach / Palak-2 cups chopped finely
Thick Unsour Curd / Thick Greek Yogurt-2 cups
Green chilli-2 chopped finely
Garlic -1 minced
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing- ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a kadai…Add in asafoetida and cumin seeds..Let this crackle..
Add in green chilli and garlic and fry for 1 min.
Add in chopped spinach and cook this for 5 -8 mins until the spinach is wilted and all water is dried up..
Meanwhile beat the curd with some salt till smooth..
Add this wilted spinach to the curd and mix well.
Serve with pulav or briyani..
