    Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Super easy instant pudding mix recipe which taste so delicious. This is a great recipe to have on hand. It stores well in the pantry and you can make pudding in a jiffy.

    Since it is the festive season, you must be wondering what gifts to give for your friends and families. So i thought of sharing some cool edible gift ideas for you all.So i sat down with a paper and pen and wrote down all of the possible and family favorite recipes. I came up with few cake mixes, pancake mixes, hot chocolate mixes and chocolate pudding mix.

    This chocolate pudding mix is a keeper recipe.

    Ingredients

    FOR PUDDING MIX:

    • Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
    • Cornflour - ¼ cup
    • Confectioner Sugar / Icing Sugar - ¾ cup
    • Milk Powder - ¼ cup
    • Salt - ½ tsp

    FOR MAKING PUDDING:

    • Pudding Mix - ½ cup
    • Milk - 1 cup

    Instructions

    • Mix everything well and store in a container.
    • When making pudding, take some powder in a sauce pan and add in milk and whisk well.
    • Heat and cook till the pudding thickens.
    • Spoon into serving glass and chill for few hours.
    • Serve.

    1)Take good quality cocoa powder in a bowl or jar

    2)Add in some cornflour

    2)Add in some icing sugar / confectioners sugar

    3)Add in milk powder

    5)Now put on the lid and shake it well

    6)Shake shake and shake

    7)Done

    8)This can be stored for over a month

    9)When making pudding. Take ½ cup of  pudding mix in a sauce pan

    10)Add 1 ¼ cup of milk and whisk well

    11)Put it on heat and cook till it thickens

    12)Keep mixing

    13)Spoon into serving glass and serve warm or cold.

      It's not instant if you have to cook it. That is regular pùdding. But thanks for the recipe. What is cornflour?
