    Strawberry Fool Recipe

    Are you looking for a perfect and easy valentine desert ideas for you and your loved one. Then this is it..A easy peasy strawberry fool. You can even call it as strawberry mousse. Just heaven i would say..There is nothing more romantic than Strawberries and Chocolates..

    You just need cream, sugar, strawberries and few drops of lemon juice to make this wonderful looking and delicious desert. It can be made in a jiffy, so what else you need for this valentines day..ENJOY.

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Resting  & Chilling Time : 1 Hour 30 Mins
    Serves : 2

    Ingredients:
    Whipping Cream / Fresh Cream - ½ cup
    Strawberries - 12 chopped finely
    Sugar - 3 tblspn
    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    Method:
    Take chopped strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. leave it to soak for 30 mins. Now the strawberries must have leached out lots of its juices.
    Whip up cream till it is thick. 
    Spoon most of the strawberry mix into the cream. fold gently.
    Scoop into the serving glasses, spoon some of the juices over it.

    Chill this for a hour.
    Serve cold.

    now take strawberries have marinated and lots of its 
    juices have leached out

    fold gently..thats it.

      Wen lemon mixes with cream won't it turn curdled? How long we can keep it refrigerator

      @priyawno it wont curdle, you can keep for a day or two.

      Hi Aarthi this recipe is delicious but just one thing i don't have an electric beater. I have hand blender n mixer grinder which one should i use.
