Ingredients for Strawberry Fool
- Whipping Cream / Fresh Cream - ½ cup
- Strawberries - 12 chopped finely
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
You just need cream, sugar, strawberries and few drops of lemon juice to make this wonderful looking and delicious desert. It can be made in a jiffy, so what else you need for this valentines day..ENJOY.
How to Make Strawberry Fool
- Take chopped strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. leave it to soak for 30 mins.
- Now the strawberries must have leached out lots of its juices.
- Whip up cream till it is thick.
- Spoon most of the strawberry mix into the cream. fold gently.
- Scoop into the serving glasses, spoon some of the juices over it.
- Chill this for a hour.
- Serve cold.

Hi Aarthi this recipe is delicious but just one thing i don't have an electric beater. I have hand blender n mixer grinder which one should i use.
