Baked Parmesan Chicken Bites Recipe

This is a great recipe made using chicken. A great alternative for frying chicken. The chicken stays moist inside and the outer crust turns golden. Taste great hot with some chilli sauce or ketchup. I placed these chicken in some tortilla and wrapped it and had as a wrap.

Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Serves: 4


Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken – 500 grams chopped into bite size pieces
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil – 3 tblspn
Egg – 2
Milk – 3 tblspn
Breadcrumbs – 2 cups
Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 cup grated

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Foil line a baking pan and grease it with oil.

Take chicken in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle in oil and mix well.

Take egg, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Take breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and pepper in a plate and mix well. Set aside.

Take each chicken, dip it in egg mix and coat it with breadcrumbs.

Now arrange it in a oiled foil lined baking tray and pop it in oven. Cook for 15 to 20 mins.

Remove it and cool it little.

Now serve with your favourite sauce.

Take all your ingredients
Take chicken in a bowl

Drizzle in some oil and mix well
Take breadcrumbs in a bowl
add in parmesan cheese..you can use cheddar cheese or any cheese u like
season with salt and pepper
mix well and set aside
crack open a egg
add a dash of milk
season with salt and pepper
mix well
now time for some dunking and dredging
line a pan with foil and grease it lightly with oil
dip chicken in egg
remove it
drop it in breadcrumbs
coat it well
arrange it in baking pan
now bake till golden
done
Remove and serve hot
Taste great with ketchup

    Hi aarthi,

    This looks yum! is there any alternative for cheese? i want to make a low fat version.And can we use normal cooking oil in place of olive oil? pl suggest

    @Anonymousu can skip cheese and use only breadcrumbs. You can use any oil
