    Take your ingredients for dough

    Take flour in a bowl

    add in some salt

    mix well

take butter in a pan, i am going to make the dough in this so i used a big pan

    melt it down

    add in milk

    add in sugar

    whisk till sugar is melted

this is the important stage, touch the milk to check the temperature..The milk has to be luke warm.
If it is hot then it will kill the yeast..so make sure the milk is very very warm

Now sprinkle over yeast..this is dry yeast

now set this aside for 5 mins so the yeast is activated

     whisk this well

    add in 1 egg

    whisk again

now add in flour mix in

the dough has to be sticky..The more stickier the dough
the more soft the buns will become

Cover it and let it rise for 1 hour

    now it is rised well

    knead it well

cover it and chill it in fridge over night..you can skip this and use it right away

now make cinnamon sugar..take sugar in a bowl

    add in cinnamon

    mix well and set aside

i took the dough out the next day

    rolled it out

i rolled it into a long rectangle

add some soft butter over it

    spread it evenly

    sprinkle with the sugar mix

    sprinkle over some raisin

    now start rolling

    roll it out

    now it is done

    pinch the edges

    done

    cut it in half

    look at that beauty

    cut it in four

    cut it into rounds

i greased a 9 inch cake pan with butter

    arrange it in

cover with plastic wrap and let it rise

    now bake this

    done

Take icing sugar in a bowl

    Add some milk

    Mix it up

    It should be little runny

    drizzle with the icing

let it sit for few mins

    Enjoy

Hi Aarthi , I have a little confusion. After melting the butter , do we have to keep the heat on while mixing the milk ?? At what point , do we take the milk off the heat ??
