    Simple yet delicious fried rice made with broccoli. This broccoli fried rice is so good and taste absolutely yum.

    Broccoli Fried Rice

    One of the easiest recipe you could ever make. This is so delicious and is packed with tons of nutrients. Makes a perfect lunch box recipe for kids.

    Ingredients for Fried Rice with broccoli

    • Basmati rice
    • Broccoli
    • Eggs
    • Onion
    • Garlic
    • Ginger
    • Soy sauce
    • Vinegar
    • Pepper
    • Sugar
    • Salt
    • Spring onion

    How to Make Fried Rice

    1. In a kadai heat oil and scramble beaten egg till done and remove it and set aside.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and fry some garlic and ginger. Add in onions and fry for 1 min.
    3. Add in salt and sugar. Put in the broccoli florets and mix well. Cook for 5 min.
    4. Add in the cooked basmati rice and mix well.
    5. Pour in the scrambled eggs and mix well.
    6. Add in vinegar and soy sauce and mix well. Season with pepper and toss well.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves and mix well. 
    8. Serve hot.

    Ingredients
      

    • Basmati rice-1 cup cooked
    • Broccoli-1 cut into florets
    • Eggs-2 beaten
    • Onion-1 chopped finely
    • Garlic-5 cloves chopped
    • Ginger-1 inch piece minced
    • Soya sauce-1 tblspn
    • Vinegar-1 tblspn
    • Pepper-1 tsp
    • Sugar-1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves / Spring onion- for garnishing

    Instructions
     

    • In a kadai heat oil and scramble beaten egg till done and remove it and set aside.
