Chicken Cabbage Burger

“Cabbage and Chicken Burger is a delicious juicy burger which has a addition of cabbage in it which makes it super yummy.”

Healthy burger made using chicken and cabbage. This burger is so much easy to make and has so much flavour. The cabbage added in this makes it super moist and juicy.

How to Make Cabbage Chicken Burger:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Take small portion of the filling.
  3. Shape it into patties.
  4. Cook till golden and cooked on both sides.
  5. Toast buns till golden.
  6. Spread mayo and ketchup.
  7. Place patties and serve.

Chicken Cabbage Burger

Chicken and cabbage burger is a moist chicken burger recipe. Addition of cabbage in the chicken adds so much moistness to the patties.

Ingredients

  • Burger Buns as needed
  • Oil as needed
  • Tomato Ketchup as needed
  • Mayonnaise as needed
  • Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Cabbage - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch - 1 tblsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Mix chicken with all ingredients.
  • Take small portion of it, form a patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan, place patties and cook till golden on both sides.
  • Toast buns till golden.
  • Spread mayo, ketchup even on the buns.
  • Place burger patties.
  • Cover with buns.
  • Serve.

Pictorial:

1)Take onions and cabbage in a chopped

2)Take it in a chopper

3)Chop it pretty fine

4)Take it in a bowl

5)Now take boneless chicken in the same chopper

6)Pulse few times till fine

7)Take it in a bowl, add in ginger paste and garlic paste

8)Add in black pepper powder

9)Add salt

10)Add in soy sauce. Add in cornstarch

11)Mix well

12)Take small portion, flatten it.

15)Place patties in oil, cook for few mins till golden

16)Flip over and cook

17)Toast some buns till golden

18)Spread some mayo and ketchup

19)Spread evenly

20)Place patties on top

21)Serve
