Healthy Burger or sandwich whatever you call..This is made with my best homemade bagel and my homemade hung curd. Normally they use cream cheese for this, but i used hung curd and worked perfectly.
The crispy buttered toasted bagels along with freshly sliced veggies and salty cheese slice is amazing. This can be packed in foil and had for lunch too. So try this out and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 20 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Bagels – 2
Butter – 1 tblspn

For Spread:
Hung Curd / Cream Cheese – 4 tblspn
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
Green Chillies – 1 finely chopped
Salt to taste

For Filling:
Cucumber – 1 small sliced thinly into rounds
Tomatoes – 1 large sliced into rounds
Onions – 1 large sliced thinly
Lettuce – few leaves
Cheese Slice – 2

Method:

Mix the ingredients given for spread and set aside.

Slit bagel in half and butter it generously. Toast it in tawa till it crispy and toasted.

Now spread some of the spread on both side of the toasted bagels.

Arrange onions, cucumber and tomatoes on both sides.

Place a cheese slice and place the other bagel with the veg on top.

Serve immediately.

Pictorial:
take all your ingredients
chop up some coriander leaves and chillies
Take couple tblspn of hund curd in a bowl
add in finely chopped coriander and chillies
season with some salt
mix them well
take a bagel
split them in half
smear some butter on them
toast them
toast till they are golden
it should be crispy too
smear the herby spread all over the bagel
place some sliced onions on both sides
some cucumber
some tomatoes
sprinkle some salt over, just a little..it is because a
touch of salt makes the tomatoes taste way sweeter
lay a cheese slice
cover it up
serve

I too agree with you. This is the best bagel that I have seen for a very long time. Simple to prepare as well.
