    Chicken Liver Pepper Fry Recipe

As you all know, chicken liver is my hubby's favorite thing to eat of all time. He loves it a lot. Specially if it is made into  dry dish like fry or masala. So last time i decided to make a pepper fry out of it. This recipe is very easy to make and it calls for ingredients which you have in your pantry already. This recipe is a super hot dish, all the spicyness comes from the pepper and some from the green chillies.I used freshly ground pepper in this recipe, i some how don't like the store bought ground pepper powder. It taste sandy for me. But you can use it if you like it.

    About this Recipe

Chicken liver is a popular and essential ingredient in many popular European, Asian, and Southern dishes. Its not pretty to look at, but when cooked properly, it can taste delicious and is an excellent food to add to your repertoire. Chicken liver is inexpensive, high in nutrients, versatile, and simple to prepare. The food, which is high in iron, folate, and a variety of vitamins and minerals, packs a powerful punch of health benefits.

    Are chicken livers fatty?

Chicken livers have a low fat content. However, your body requires fat to function. Fats aid in the absorption of certain vitamins, such as vitamin A, and they are also required for hormone production, reproductive functions, and the maintenance of a healthy and energised brain.

You can use this same recipe to make pepper chicken, pepper fish and for vegetarians you can make it with potato, cauliflower or tofu. I have  a very special recipe for pepper chicken, which i will post very soon, so keep checking my blog until then.

Ingredients for Chicken Liver Pepper Fry

    Chicken Liver :
Fried chicken livers have a strong flavour that some people find unpleasant; they can also taste metallic, bitter, rubbery, or dry. When cooked properly, chicken livers are tender, creamy, and smooth in texture, as well as very meaty, and the combination with the caramelised onions is delectable.

    Pepper Powder :
Pepper is one of the world's most popular spices and may have numerous health benefits. Piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper, may fight free radicals and improve digestion and nutrient absorption.

    Garlic :
Garlic has a distinct, pungent flavour that, when raw, borders onspicy and, when cooked, borders on nutty. Sulfur compounds, such as diallyl disulfide, contribute to the mustard-like flavour profile. It loses its acrid raw flavour when dried and crushed into garlic powder, making it ideal for seasoning dishes.
