Easy Chana Masala Sandwich Recipe

I had some leftover chana masala on hand, so i decided to make a sandwich using it and it was delicious. I cooked the chana masala till the excess water dries and topped it over bread slices along with some onions. I used a grill pan to toast this so you can see nice golden grill marks over it. But you could use a regular pan too.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 5 to 6 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Bread Slices – 4 to 6
Chana Masala – 1.5 cup (Recipe here)
Onion – 1/4 cup chopped finely
Oil for making sandwich

Method:

Take chana masala in a kadai and cook till the excess water dries off.

Now take a bread slice, spread channa masala over it, top with onionsand cover with another slice of bread.

Toast it in a grill pan till golden on both sides.

Serve.

cook it on a low heat till the water dries out
take a bread slice, spread some masala on top
sprinkle over some onions
top with another slice of bread
place it on a oiled grill pan
cook till golden on both sides
remove to a chopping board
