    You all know how much i love cookies, they are my go to snack. Not only it is easy to make but it is such a delicious treat to have on hand when your sweet cravings hit..

    Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

    • Unsalted Soft Butter - ½ cup / 110 grams
    • Brown Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
    • Sugar - 2 tbsp
    • Milk - 2 tbsp or as needed
    • Salt - ¼ tsp
    • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
    • Whole Wheat Flour - ¾ cup / 90 grams
    • Quick Cooking Oats - 1 cup / 90 grams
    • Cocoa Powder - 3 tbsp
    • Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup
    • Nuts - ¼ cup ( I used pumpkin seeds and chironji)

    (My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    How to make Eggless Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
    2. Take wheat flour, oats, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
    3. Take butter, brown sugar, regular sugar in a bowl and use a beater to whip this up.
    4. Now add in milk and mix well.
    5. Add in the flour mix and mix well.
    6. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
    7. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the dough. Place it in the foil lined baking tray, flatten it using a spatula and bake for 14 to 20 mins.
    8. Remove it from oven, cool it down for 10 mins. Now remove it to a wire rack and cool completely.
    9. Store in a air tight container.

    Ingredients

    Eggless Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipes  step by step picture 

     
    Take all your ingredients..Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    Take wheat flour in a bowl
    add in instant oatmeal
    add in cocoa powder
    baking soda
    add in salt
    mix well..set aside.
    Take butter, brown sugar
    Add in normal sugar
    beat till creamy
    add in milk
    whip it up
    add in the oats mix
    fold gently
    add in chocolate chips
    and nuts
    mix well
    use a icecream scoop to scoop the dough out
    place it in a foil lined baking tray
    flatten it 
    bake till done
    cool it and serve

      Thanks for this wonderful recipe which is a must try for me
      which unsalted butter do you use in India?? brown sugar which brand ?? And which baking soda brand do you use?? as I find it difficult to find branded baking soday here in Mumbai .. I get the loose variety which I do not trust.
