Butter – 3 tblspn
Brown Sugar / Jaggery – 1/2 cup ( I used grated jaggery)
Walnuts a handful chopped
Milk – 1/4 cup or as needed
Bananas – 1 or 2 sliced
Vanilla Icecream as needed
Method:
Heat butter in a nonstick pan, add in sugar or jaggery and let them melt down gently.
Bring that to a bubble, add in the bananas and toss well in the sauce..
Add in milk and mix well..Bing it to a boil..
Scoop vanilla icecream in a serving bowl, spoon some sauce and bananas over it.
Serve immediately..
You can serve this with pancakes, french toast too..
Take all your ingredients |

bring them to a bubble |
add in some walnuts |
add in the bananas……… |
toss well |
coat the bananas in the buttery sauce |
now add in some milk..you can use cream as well |
mix well |
bring them to a boil |
let them bubble for few sec and turn off the heat |
now take your favourite icecream |
scoop them baby |
place them in a serving plate |
spoon the bananas |
pour it over the icecream |
MMM..You can have it with pancakes as well |

Can we use normal whit sugar instead of jaggery or brown sugar?
