About Walnut Brownies
A square or rectangular chocolate baked treat known as a chocolate brownie or just a brownie. Brownies come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and their consistency can range from fudgy to cakey. Nuts, icing, cream cheese, chocolate chips, and other items may be used. Bertha Palmer, a prominent Chicago socialite whose husband owned the Palmer House Hotel, is said to have invented brownies. Palmer
commissioned a pastry chef to create a treat for the ladies attending the Chicago Worlds Columbian Exposition in 1893. She asked for a cake-like treat that could be included in boxed lunches but was smaller than a slice of cake. The Palmer House Brownie with Walnuts was the end outcome.
Ingredients for walnut brownie
Cocoa Powder : Chocolate produces a fudgy texture, while cocoa produces chewy results. Chocolate connoisseurs may be snobbish about brownies, but cocoa powder produces deliciously rich, chewy brownies. Brownies that are high in sugar, oil, and eggs but lacking in flour are chewy.
Walnuts: Walnuts give brownies flavour and structure. They add a lovely crunch to fudgy brownies, breaking up the luscious chocolate with a nutty flavour that helps clear your palette for the next bite. Instead of walnuts use Almonds, pistachios, macadamia nuts, pecans, and even peanuts .

Dissolve the instant espresso powder in the water and add this, along with the remaining ingredients into the saucepan, then place the pan over a gentle heat and let everything melt together.
