    This has become my favourite snack. Maha loves is too, it is super easy to make and taste so yummy. You can top soups with this and enjoy or even have it on its own with a cup of tea.

    Ingredients for Herb Garlic Croutons

    • Bread Cubes - from 4 thick slices
    • Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
    • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
    • Oregano - 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Black Pepper Powder to taste

    How to make Herb Garlic Croutons

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with foil and set aside.
    2. Cut bread cubes into bite size pieces.
    3. Take oil in a bowl add all the ingredients in it..Pour this over the bread and toss well.
    4. Now pour this in a foil lined baking pan and spread it in a single layer.
    5. Bake this for 10 mins depending on thickness of the bread.
    6. Remove it and cool it down.
    7. Store it in an air tight container.

    Herb Garlic Croutons step by step pictures

     
    Take a bread slice
    cut it into strips
    cube it
    all done
    take olive oil in a bowl
    add oregano 
    salt and pepper
    add in chilli flakes
    add in garlic powder
    mix well
    add in bread cubes
    toss well
    add it in
    bake till done
    flip over and cook for longer
    Serve over soups
