Herb Garlic Croutons Recipe

This has become my favourite snack. Maha loves is too, it is super easy to make and taste so yummy. You can top soups with this and enjoy or even have it on its own with a cup of tea..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Baking Time : 10 to 20 mins

Ingredients:

Bread Cubes – from 4 thick slices
Olive Oil – 2 tblspn
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with foil and set aside.

Cut bread cubes into bite size pieces.

Take oil in a bowl add all the ingredients in it..Pour this over the bread and toss well.

Now pour this in a foil lined baking pan and spread it in a single layer.

Bake this for 10 mins depending on thickness of the bread.

Remove it and cool it down.

Store it in a air tight container.

take olive oil in a bowl
add oregano 
add in salt and pepper
add in chilli flakes
add in garlic powder
mix well
add in bread cubes
toss well
add it in
bake till done
flip over and cook for longer
Serve over soups
