Homemade Brownie Mix Recipe – Christmas Edible Gift Ideas with step wise pictures.

Homemade brownie mix makes a perfect gift for your friends and family for this christmas. Just add some butter, eggs and vanilla and bake them. Boom you have delicious brownies.

Since it is the festive season, you must be wondering what gifts to give for your friends and families. So i thought of sharing some cool edible gift ideas for you all.So i sat down with a paper and pen and wrote down all of the possible and family favorite recipes. I came up with few cake mixes, pancake mixes, hot chocolate mixes and chocolate pudding mix.

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/3 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dark Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup

For Making Brownies:

  • Melted Butter or Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients given and store in a jar.
  • When making brownies, mix the jar ingredients with eggs, oil or butter, and vanilla to form a batter. Spoon it in a baking pan and bake in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 20 to 22 mins,
  • Remove it and cool it down.
  • Slice and serve.

Pictorial:

1)Take sugar in a bowl.

2)Add in cocoa powder.

3)Add in all purpose flour / maida

4)Add in salt.

5)Add in baking powder.

6)Add in some chocolate chips.

7)Mix well.

8)Store in a jar.

9)When making, just add  some oil or melted butter, eggs and vanilla and bake in a 180 degree C oven for 20 to 25 mins.

I added brownie mix, oil and milk and mixed to a thick batter.

I poured it in a greased baking pan and baked for 25 to 30 mins.

Remove it, slice it and serve.

    Can we use any other ingredient instead of eggs?

      Yes use 1/2 cup milk instead of eggs

    How long we can preserve this n use

      This can be stored in cupboard for 2 to 3 weeks. Youcan store in fridge or freezer for more than 2 months
