    Lemon Pepper Fried Fish Recipe

This is a different version of fried fish with a lemon and pepper marinate. This doesn't need chilli powder or other spices. It needs just few ingredients and it taste all lovely together in fish. This has lots of coriander leaves added it as well, which adds a nice fresh taste to it. The freshly roast and ground fennel and pepper gives another dimension of taste to it.

    About this Recipe

A fish fry is a fried fish meal that is battered or breaded. French fries, coleslaw, hushpuppies, lemon slices, tartar sauce, hot sauce, malt vinegar, and dessert are usually included. Some Native American recipes call for coating the fish with semolina and egg yolk. The acid in lemons can break down the proteins in seafood in the same way that cooking does.

Some fish recipes call for an extended period of acidic marination to cook the item instead of using heat. Ceviche is a seafood dish that chefs prepare using acidic exposure rather than heat. Even if heat is used in the preparation of the fish, applying the citric acid from the lemon breaks down the proteins further, assisting in digestion.

Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Fried Fish

    Ginger Garlic Paste :

Ginger garlic paste is a staple in many Indian dishes, ranging from curries to biryanis and everything in between. It adds delectable, savoury notes as well as a heavenly aroma that is unique to Indian cuisine.

    Lemon Juice :

Lemon juice is a common cooking and baking ingredient. It imparts a bright, citrusy flavour to both savoury and sweet dishes. With a low pH, it is one of the most acidic natural ingredients available, providing structure to jams and jellies and aiding in the proper rise of baked goods.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
