    everyone started planning for your weekends..I too have lots of plans for it,
    Actually my hubby's b'day is in this weekend. I have some secret plans for it,
    I have already purchased his gifts. I am planning to make a special tart for
    his b'day, since he is not that crazy for cakes. I will post the pictures of it
    once we are done with it..
    And one more
    important thing don't tell my hubby about this ok..

    coming to the recipe, this is one of hubby's favorite recipe. Fried anchovies
    which are coated in a spicy masala. These are perfect for appetizer or even as
    a side dish for rice and rasam. I already have anchovy avial  in my blog.
    Hope you will like this one..Happy Weekend Guys..
    Ingredients:
    Fresh Anchovy /
    Nethili Meen - 25
    Ginger Garlic Paste
    - 1 tblspn
    Turmeric Powder /
    Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Chilli powder - 2
    tsp or to taste
    Lemon Juice - 1
    tblspn
    Egg - 3 tblspn
    Rice Flour - 1
    tblspn
    Method:
    Take fresh anchovies
    and clean them well. Now put them in a bowl.
    Add salt, turmeric,
    ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, rice flour, egg, lemon juice to it.
    Mix them well and
    let it marinate for 30 mins.
    Now heat oil for
    deep frying.
    Drop these fish in
    hot oil and fry till golden.
    Drain them in paper
    towel.
    Serve hot with a
    squeeze of lemon juice.

    add some lemon juice to it

    and mix well

    add the fish pieces in and fry for a couple of mins
