This sounds like a really lovely recipe, can't wait to try! I just want to know which is the best fish to use for this? It mentions white fleshed fish so would something like cod or haddock do? Thanks.

I used US measuring spoons instead of regular spoons and my quantities of spices turned out to be greater than what’s in the images. My fish curry ended up having a very strong coriander flavor. Next time will try with regular spoons.
