Mint Tofu Recipe - Pudhina Tofu Masala Recipe with step wise pictures.

Fragrant mint tofu which taste super minty and the tofu cubes are so soft and absorbs all the mint flavour. The tofu cubes taste so chewy and yummy.

Tofu cubes are naturally pretty bland in taste. So to make it edible you need to add a good amount of flavouring in them. Whatever flavour you add to them, they absorb it. I made this mint tofu recipe recently and loving it so much. The tofu absorbs the mint and the spices and it taste so delicious with roti or pulao.
