Mutton Soy Sauce Roast Recipe / Soy Sauce Mutton Recipe

I love simple dishes a lot. Specially non veg dishes which is made in simple method. This is a perfect example of that kind of dish. It is a mutton roast recipe, it has no heavy spices in it. Just lots of onions and green chillies, chillies is what give the heat in this recipe. But the main flavouring in this recipe is soy sauce.

This is a dry dish, so it can had with rasam rice or any kuzhambu. taste simply superb.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 45 to 50 mins
Serves : 4 to 5

Ingredients:
Mutton / Lamb – 500 grams
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onions – 2 large thinly slices (500 grams)
Green Chilles – 7 to 10 slit
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tblspn
Soy Sauce – 1 tblspn or to taste
Vinegar – 1 tblspn or to taste
Oil – 2 tblspn

Method:
Take mutton, salt, turmeric powder in a pressure cooker.Dont need to add any water. Pressure cook for 5 whistle, simmer and cook for 15 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam go all by itself. Open the cooker and set aside.
Heat oil in a wide kadai. Add in onions, green chillies and saute till golden.
Now add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add in cooked mutton and keep frying. 
Now add in soy sauce, vinegar and toss well. Keep cooking till the mutton is well roasted.
Serve.

Wash mutton really well

take mutton in a pressure cooker

Add in turmeric powder

Add in salt

Mix well

cover and pressure cook

now the mutton is done..If there is any water left,
 just drain it.

Take all your ingredients

Heat oil in a kadai..Add in onions

add in green chillies

saute well

saute till golden

Add in ginger garlic paste

add in salt

cook till golden

add in cooked mutton

toss well

add in soy sauce

and some vinegar

keep cooking till it well roasted

serve
