I love simple dishes a lot. Specially non veg dishes which is made in simple method. This is a perfect example of that kind of dish. It is a mutton roast recipe, it has no heavy spices in it. Just lots of onions and green chillies, chillies is what give the heat in this recipe. But the main flavouring in this recipe is soy sauce.

Wash mutton really well |
take mutton in a pressure cooker |
Add in turmeric powder |
Add in salt |
Mix well |
cover and pressure cook |
now the mutton is done..If there is any water left, just drain it. |
Take all your ingredients |
Heat oil in a kadai..Add in onions |
add in green chillies |
saute well |
saute till golden |
Add in ginger garlic paste |
add in salt |
cook till golden |
add in cooked mutton |
toss well |
add in soy sauce |
and some vinegar |
keep cooking till it well roasted |
serve |
