Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Oil – 1 tsp + for making sandwich
Onion – 1 medium size chopped finely
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3 tblspn
Paneer – 1 cup crumbled
Salt to taste
Cheese as needed grated
Bread Slices as needed
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a min.
Add salt and spice powders and mix well.
Add in ketchup and mix well.
Add paneer and mix well.
Take bread slice, top with paneer mix, top with onions and cheese and cover with other slice.
Toast bread in a pan till golden.
Cut into half and serve.
