I wanted to share with you all a cool website which i came across. It is a website in which we can order foods when we are not feeling like cooking anything. Foodpanda operates by delivering food from a wide range of restaurants to
either homes or offices in 11 cities in India, namely Delhi, Gurgaon,
Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, etc. So no more worries about rushing and waiting in queues to get your food on your busy schedule. Just a click is enough..

Now coming back to todays recipe. It is one of my favorite dish and i enjoy this with plain rasam rice..The flavour for this comes from the amount of ginger garlic paste which we add in this and also the crisping of the potatoes..So be patient and it is worth every second..

Check out the rasam recipes in this blog here..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins + 30 mins
Serves – 5 to 6

Ingredients :

Potato – 3 large
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tblspn (Click here for recipe)
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tblspn or to taste
Oil – 5 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Salt to taste

Method:

Take potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Let them cook for 30 mins till they are completely cooked. Drain them, cool them. peel them and break them into small pieces with your hands. Set aside till use.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard, cumin and curry leaves and let them sizzle for a min.

Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a couple of mins.

Now add in the cubed potatoes and toss well with the spices.

Add salt and mix them well.

Cook on a low heat till they turn golden, this will take a good 15 to 20 mins.

Now add in crushed pepper and toss well.

Oh my GAWD!!! I need this TODAY, but I'm too sick to cook! How much for you to make it and bring it to me in Boston, MA (USA)? Could you be here by dinner time? lol

I need to make this recipe as soon as possible before my brain bursts! ;o)
