Dahi Aloo Recipe with step by step pictures. This Dahi Wale Aloo Recipe is made with Potatoes, Thick curd and Garam masala.

    Punjabi Dahi Aloo

This is a easy side dish which i made for the battura which i made few days back and it was so delicious..Just loved it..The tanginess of the yogurt was perfect in this and it was so creamy as well. Plus it is very simple to make..Since we are adding gram flour along with yogurt the yogurt won't split when we add it in the hot pan instead it turns out creamy and thick.
