Quail Egg Curry Recipe
This is a simplest egg curry. I normally use regular eggs in this, but this time i decided to use quail eggs and it was delicious. It has a base of simple onions and tomatoes and can be made in few mins. It can be made in a jiffy and taste great with either rice or roti. So good.

How to Make Quail Egg Curry Recipe (Kaada Muttai Curry Recipe)
- Boil quail eggs in water for 3 to 4 mins. Wash it in lots of cold water and peel the skin off. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add in onions, curry leaves, salt and turmeric powder and fry them till golden.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- Add in green chillies and spice powder and mix well.
- Add in tomatoes and cook that till oil separate from the mix.
- Now add in water and bring it to a boil.Simmer this till oil separates.
- Now add in boiled peeled quail eggs and simmer for 5 more mins.Add in coriander leaves and mix well. Serve.

Ingredients
- Quail Eggs - 20
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 large chopped finely
- Curry leaves a handful
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes - 2 large pureed
- Green Chillies - 2 slit
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tblspn
- Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
- Water as needed
- Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
