I am kind of addicted to all things schezwan...I am making a batch of my homemade schezwan sauce more often and using it in my recipes..I have already shared a schezwan fried rice, schezwan chicken..I have made a schezwan gobi, but i didn't take pics of them. It is so easy..I just fried cauliflower florets just as you do for manchurian and then tossed it with schezwan sauce..It turned out so yummy..
