    Spiced Fried Peanut Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Spiced Fried Peanut Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Peanuts - 2 cups
    • Oil - for frying
    • Garlic - 10 cloves
    • Curry Leaves a handful
    • Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions

    • Deep fry peanuts on low heat till golden. Drain them.
    • Heat 1 teaspoon oil and saute garlic till golden brown. Add curry leaves and stir fry till crispy. Remove it to a bowl.
    • In the same pan, add more oil if needed, add chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
    • Add garlic and curry leaves back in and mix well.
    • Cool completely.
    • Serve.

    7)Add curry leaves

    8)Fry till crispy. Remove to a plate

    9)Add salt and chilli powder

    10)Mix well
