    Sura Puttu Recipe

Sura puttu recipe or meen puttu which is easy to make because it taste just similar to scrambled eggs. It goes well with rice and rasam.

I have been wanting to make sura puttu for a long time. Satheesh loves it so much and he orders it in restaurants whenever he sees this one on the menu. But in restaurants they add very little amount of fish because of price constrains and increase the quantity of onions and coconut. When we make shark puttu at home you can increase the amount of fish as per your liking.

If you love this sura puttu recipe, you will love my fish avial and fish sabzi recipe too.
